WW2 Roll of the Fallen

The names below are taken from the Ystradgynlais War Memorial, and are classified according to the town or village which is listed upon it. Clicking on any name will take you to the page for that individual where you will be able to view details on him, view his grave, or remembrance grave, and sometimes see the photograph as appeared in the newspaper at the time of his death.

Please note that sometimes there is a lack of information about an individual due to the difficulty in tracking down sources. If anybody has any information which would help to complete these details, please email Val Trevallion at yeargroup@hotmail.co.uk and she will be pleased to include the additional details.

On Monday 27th September a Service of Remembrance was held for Squadron Leader Cedric W. Williams at Maesydderwen School, one of The Few killed during the Battle of Britain; a webpage in honour of this event has been created.
